On the basis of Special Designing Office "Ritm" in connection with the increased interest
to subjects connected with "Activation of human reserve capabilities" and receipt of some corresponding military orders the same sector has been created in the beginning
of the ninetieth years. Which structure the best experts from various areas of science (medicine, psychology, electronics, physics, chemistry...) had come in.
Specific approaches in studying of the given theme were generated during the next decade. Interesting results and developments had been received. The amicable group of enthusiasts devoted entirely to this work had gathered.
However by the general reorganization of the state enterprises, sharp reduction of orders of Space and Military complexes of the country, change of the basic direction of activity SDO on household medical electronics and conversion development, the direction has been closed.
The independent self-financed Scientific Creative Laboratory of Psychotechnologies "MOCT" has been created by the group of leading experts of the sector.
The laboratory put the aim the further development of psychotechnologies based on a joint of the advanced areas of science, transpersonal psychology, various ritual technologies, biorhythmology and now actively continues the started directions.
